I strive to create photographs that convey the feelings and memory I take away from a location. My work is not an objectively accurate portrayal of any singular point in time. Rather a combination of images captured over a period of minutes to hours and create a single work that to me accurately portrays the memory of the event.. We (humans) don’t break our memories into small pieces, our brain combines the moments together.
My goal is to create meaningful fine art that captures the viewer and gives life and scale to my work.
Supporting the National Park Foundation
With every purchase I donate a portion of the portion of the proceeds to help support our National Parks. I strongly support efforts to help protect and preserve our nationals greatest treasures. The National Park Foundation works directly with the park service to further these efforts.

My first ever photography book! This is a limited first edition, numbered and signed. Follow my travels with my daughter through our first 20 National Parks.
This is a stunning 12x8 professional printed book that highlights my best work and tells the story of our travels.
I’m Chris Blake, a photographer living in the Boston Area. I’m a landscape and sometimes cityscape photographer. I’m in the middle of a dual purpose multi year journey. My main focus is to travel to each United States National Park with my daughter. The second part (and why maybe you hear) is to capture and create meanfulling art from each of our 64 parks.

Landscapes
My main focus is landscape and travel photography. I’m currently on a journey with my daughter to visit and photograph every National Park in the United States. My overriding goal is great masterful and unique works highlighting the beauty and spender that exists in our deserve National Park system.
Urban Photography
My travel affords me the ability to see many of Americans great cites. While I don’t get as much opportunity to take city photographs I do have a wonderful collection from some of the largest cities. I strive to find new perspectives and create unique images of Americans iconic places.
